A Hesitant Fuzzy Combined Compromise Solution Framework-Based on Discrimination Measure for Ranking Sustainable Third-Party Reverse Logistic Providers

Customers’ pressure, social responsibility, and government regulations have motivated the enterprises to consider reverse logistics (RL) in their operations. Recently, companies frequently outsource RL practices third-party providers (3PRLPs) concentrate on primary concern diminish costs. However, select suitable 3PRLP candidate requires a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) process involving uncertainty owing presence of many associated aspects. In order choose most appropriate sustainable (S3PRLP), we introduce hybrid approach based classical Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method propose discrimination measure within context hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs). This offers new for evaluating criteria weights. The efficiency practicability present are numerically demonstrated by solving an illustrative case study S3PRLPs selection under environment. Moreover, sensitivity comparative studies presented highlight robustness strength introduced methodology. result this work concludes that methodology can recommend more feasible performance when facing with determinate inconsistent knowledge qualitative data.
